At Oru Kayak, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or gear doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print it out and securely attach it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Please ensure all original tags are attached to the garments to qualify for a full refund.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
